Learn About OpenID
OpenID allows users to keep a centralized identity and to use the same username and password on multiple sites, often with a single click. This simplifies the sign up process and makes long registration forms a thing of the past. Many large networks are using the OpenID standard, including Google, Yahoo!, Facebook, MySpace, Flickr and Wordpress.
Concentric Sky was an early adopter of OpenID and has used it on several projects, including a large gaming community with thousands of members.
